Prairie Transmission was opened in 1979 by Albert Hanah. In 1983, Dale Collins started working here. Thanks to his dedication and hard work, by 1987, he had worked his way up and bought the company.

Prairie Transmission is still an owner-operated and a family-run company. Dale’s son is an automotive technician in the shop and his wife takes care of the administration. We have four journeymen automotive technicians working with us, who have over 100 years of combined experience. People consider us as the name to trust when it comes to transmission repair.
